"Hi everyone, I have had cars insured by different companies in my lifetime at different periods of time. I ‘ve had the best experience with State Farm because of, first of all, premium affordability. Another thing that I greatly, greatly, greatly appreciate from State Farm, they will always remind you of when your payment is due to avoid cancellation. You receive text messages from the office as a kind reminder because due to the busyness of life, it is easy to forget. I know it is true in my case, I will get a text message from Kloe kindly reminding me to make my payment. Kloe is professional, patient, a good listener and always responds promptly to questions you have regarding your policy. State Farm is just a blessing in my life and I appreciate it greatly."

"Original statement below, new statement they let state farm drop me for a no fault accident and 3 flat tire claims over 2 years with 4hrs notice to find new insurance. DONT GET ROADSIDE WITH ANY INSURANCE JUST A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY NOT BUDGET YOURSELF. Like all car industry business's these days, they only want you as a client when its in there benefit. Will never recommend state farm to anyone again.
Paid statefarm over $24,000 for 2 years of coverage get dropped for using $18,000 of that and they are still in the profit. Especially because the no fault accident of $16k was paid by the other driver. So really only used $2,000 from state farm in roadside.
Best and Most Responsive Insurance company/Rep I've worked with in my lifetime. Will never leave!"
